I. Project Background

In May 2025, Mr. Zhou, an executive of a technology company in Yueqing, purchased a villa. II. Service process

1. Provide actual dimensions on site

2. Communicate and quote prices

On May 20, our company formulated a detailed quotation plan based on the measurement data and Mr. Zhou's selected ultra-white frosted glass with walnut frame for the study, brown tempered glass with brass frame for the wine cellar, and high-end silent hardware accessories. The account manager invited Mr. Zhou to the company's showroom to show the customization effect through a three-dimensional rendering, and explained the material cost, complex process cost (such as the carving process of the wine cellar cabinet door), transportation and installation costs in the quotation sheet one by one. After many communications and adjustments, the two parties determined on May 21 that the total price of the customization of the glass cabinet doors for the study and wine cellar was 21,300 yuan.

3. Pay the payment

After the price was determined, our company signed a formal written contract with Mr. Zhou to clarify the terms such as product quality standards, delivery cycle, and after-sales service. On May 22, Mr. Zhou paid a 50% deposit of 10,650 yuan through bank transfer. The company issued a formal invoice and informed Mr. Zhou of the production schedule.

4. Ordering

On May 22, the company entered the order into the intelligent production management system and generated a detailed production work order. The system automatically assigns tasks according to order requirements, the procurement department simultaneously starts the raw material procurement process, and the production workshop plans the production schedule to ensure efficient and coordinated advancement of all links.

5. Production

On May 25, the procurement department completed the procurement of raw materials. The walnut frame of the study was dried, cut, carved, and painted in a professional wood processing workshop, the brass frame of the wine cellar was formed through multiple processes such as casting, polishing, and aging. In terms of glass, ultra-white frosted glass and brown tempered glass are cut, edged, and tempered in the dust-free workshop. On June 8, workers assembled the processed glass and frame, installed high-end silent hardware accessories, installed and debugged the smart lock on the study cabinet door, and tested the sealing of the wine cellar cabinet door. The entire production process is strictly controlled by the quality inspection team, and the size accuracy, surface flatness, and opening and closing smoothness of each cabinet door are inspected multiple times.

6. Packing and delivery

On June 11, the glass cabinet doors that passed the quality inspection entered the packaging stage. In view of the high-end attributes of villa customization, each cabinet door is individually packaged, with multiple layers of soft flannel and shock-proof foam wrapped on the inner layer, and a customized wooden frame on the outer layer reinforced to ensure transportation safety. On June 12, the company arranged a dedicated logistics vehicle equipped with professional movers to transport the glass cabinet doors to Mr. Zhou's villa, and feedback the transportation progress to Mr. Zhou in real time.

7. Customers receive the goods after arrival

On June 15, the glass cabinet doors were delivered to the villa. Our company's installation team had already arrived and waited on site, and unpacked and inspected the goods with the logistics personnel. Accompanied by the installation team, Mr. Zhou carefully checked the appearance, material, hardware functions, etc. of each cabinet door, and signed for the goods after confirming that there were no defects.
