I. Project Background
In May 2025, Ms. Li, who lives in Hangzhou, plans to renovate and upgrade her kitchen. In order to improve the beauty and practicality of the kitchen, she decided to customize a set of glass cabinet doors. II. Service process
1. Provide actual size on site
After receiving Ms. Li's customization requirements, our company arranged a professional measurement team to visit on May 10. The account manager communicated with Ms. Li by phone and WeChat, and patiently and carefully explained the various costs in the quotation (including material costs, processing costs, transportation costs, installation costs, etc.). After some communication and adjustment, the two parties reached an agreement on May 13 and determined the final custom price of 3,200 yuan.
3. Pay the price
After determining the price, our company provided Ms. Li with a formal electronic contract, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties, product specifications, delivery time, after-sales service and other contents. After carefully reading the terms of the contract, Ms. Li completed the full payment of 3,200 yuan on May 15 through the online payment channel provided by the company (WeChat payment). After receiving the payment, the company immediately sent a payment confirmation notice and electronic invoice to Ms. Li.
4. Ordering
After receiving the payment, our order management department immediately started the ordering process and entered Ms. Li's customization requirements into the enterprise production management system on May 15. The system automatically generated a production work order containing detailed information such as product specifications, production process requirements, and delivery date, and sent it to the production workshop and procurement department at the same time to ensure that all links are closely connected and the production process is efficiently promoted.
5. Production
After receiving the work order, the production workshop strictly produces according to the customization requirements. On May 16, the procurement department quickly purchased the required raw materials, and the ultra-white tempered glass was cut, edged, drilled and tempered in a professional glass processing plant. The aluminum alloy frame was cut, stamped and surface oxidized by high-precision CNC equipment. On May 25, the production workers assembled the processed glass and frame, and installed imported damping hinges and other hardware accessories. Throughout the production process, quality inspectors strictly inspected each process to ensure that the product quality meets high standards.
6. Packing and delivery
After passing the quality inspection, on May 26, the staff professionally packed the customized glass cabinet doors. The surface of the cabinet door is covered with multiple layers of anti-collision pearl cotton and bubble film, and is reinforced with a customized wooden frame around to prevent collision and extrusion during transportation. On May 27, the company commissioned a long-term professional logistics company to use a special furniture transportation vehicle to send the glass cabinet door to Ms. Li's address, and promptly informed Ms. Li of the logistics order number so that she could check the logistics progress at any time.
7. Customer receipt after arrival
On May 29, the glass cabinet door was successfully delivered to Ms. Li's home. The logistics company made an appointment with Ms. Li in advance for the delivery time, and the delivery personnel came to the door with our installation master. With the assistance of the installation master, Ms. Li carefully checked the appearance, size and accessories of the cabinet door. After confirming that there was no damage and quality problems, she signed on the delivery note to confirm the completion of the delivery. Subsequently, the installation master completed the installation and commissioning of the glass cabinet door in just 1 hour.
